At the corner of Broad and Dauphin Street on the edge of downtown Mobile, there used to sit a lofty, derelict old building. Windows boarded. Doors shuttered. Originally opened in the 1950s as a car dealership, it had been empty since Hurricane Katrina.
In this old, broken building, veteran caterer Sarah Clark saw potential. She saw opportunity.
In her twenty years as owner of Bay Gourmet Catering, Sarah came to learn precisely what it means to have the perfect event space. Thus a vision of Crown Hall was born. Now, she has transformed that lofty old building at 853 Dauphin St. into a stunning, all-purpose location for nearly any event one could imagine. Featuring three unique and versatile spaces, a bridal suite, on-site parking, state-of-the-art audio capabilities and full in-house catering and bar services, Crown Hall is everything you could want in an event space and so, so much more.
